Welsh Cakes
We just crashed after getting back from NI. We squeezed so much in and had a lot of fun but we were all exhausted. I was too cold to sleep well in the tent and the kids had late nights.
After lunch, Ali showed Bonnie how to make Welsh Cakes and they experimented with cake pops too. They were very good.
