(I am reminded of the Elementary Christmas Presentation. I've just checked back but I don't seem to have blogged this at the time so I have to share this story with you now: At the Elementary Christmas Presentation Steve was doing a bit of MCing and said "let's stand and sing this carol lustily together." There were a few raised eyebrows and whispers about his use of the word lustily by the non-British audience. It made me laugh.)
with Naomi and Joshua in the car, and the fab party my friends organised for me. It included pizza, the Beach Boys (not in person), balloon hats, pass the parcel and lots of laughs. Perfect!
Josh had been most concerned that I should have a party so I think he was satisfied too. When I put some decorations up - he brought me the balloons to blow up - Naomi said "Is it for me? Is it my birthday?" Josh immediately corrected her and said"No, it's not your birthday, it's mummy's!". I don't think she cared, actually.
