Holiday

We made a new record this morning - on the road by 4:55 a.m.!  I always ask myself if it is worth it but, of course, it is.  The traffic is easier and we get almost a whole day extra at Calapan.  However, the traffic was the worst we have ever experienced this time.  There was a lot of glass on the road at one point so I'm not sure if there had been an accident but it was a slow start, which meant a longer time in the car, which meant   fussy children!  We took the slow ferry - sometimes we see dolphins by the side, but not this time - so we could have our car with us.  It gives us more opportunity to go different places and we don't have to worry about what we are taking with us!
There are two other families staying. Our field director's family and a family involved in Bible translation here on that business for 4 weeks.
