It's that time of year again - acting as the "Queen of England" for Grade 3 during International Week. I have Lara to thank for establishing this tradition! : )I think I nailed it this year, though. I made more effort to look a little closer to Her Majesty and I had my spiel off pat by the second group. We did it in centres so I had 4 groups. We shared tea and scones and looked through my "family album". The kids completely bought into it - even those who know who I am. They asked some great questions too. It was a lot of fun although I was pretty hot by the end!
I think I look a bit like my Gran(s)!
