Ondoy Stories V

We've had brown-outs before so I've experienced the darkness that we never normally get during the night here but the thing I really noticed with this prolonged blackout was the quietness. There is a lot of noise created by appliances running all day. It seemed like when the electricity came back on so did our neighbours!! Their TV, aircon and lights are on all the time and I guess I had got used to it before but now it's noticeable again.

Our kids have introduced flooding to their play. Their animals keep having to escape to the roof and be rescued.
