First Sleepover!

This week has been Admin Council and I find three full days of meetings rather exhausting, probably not helped by the fact that I am in the same building day and night for those three days!! This time Rose came with me Tuesday night so she could play with her classmate whose parents run the Manila Centre. They have no school Wednesdays. She was most excited by the fact she got to ride the school van Thursday morning! 

Saturday (yesterday), Rose went to the party of one of her other classmates and they had great fun as they have a little playground and pool at their apartment block and they had balloons and cake and pizza and a video and popcorn (sounds great, doesn't it?).  Because the family live so far from us in Makati and they go to the same church as us they offered for Rose to stay overnight and bring her to church this morning.

Rose had a blast and tells me they couldn't get to sleep because they were talking and she was making sounds and her friend couldn't sleep until she stopped!  Man, if they talk at bedtime now, imagine in a few years time!! I always thought sleepover was a misnomer.
